Chris Morris
Pastor
Pastor Chris has served in pastoral ministry for 8 years. He has a heart for teaching the Word and for helping people to find their calling in God’s kingdom. His mission is to lead others to experience the grace of Jesus Christ, the love of the Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit.
Chris has two beautiful children, Miles Morris and Carissa Morris. In his leisure, Chris loves to disc golf, hike, read, play the piano, and play board games. Chris is thrilled to be a part of the Foothills Community Church, and is excited to see how God continues to minister to the Chandler community through this wonderful church family.
Tom McSherry
Head Elder and Music Director
Tom McSherry is one of the founding members of Foothills, and has been a key part in everything Foothills does. He cares deeply for the church, and through his role as Music Director he strives to create engaging worship through song.

Christina Pavola
Virtual Ministry Leader
Christina Pavola is the Virtual Ministry Leader, but her work doesn’t stop there. She is involved in almost every aspect of service at Foothills, from set design to production, Worship Team and Youth. She is a wife and mother of two, who are also involved in ministry at Foothills.
Heather Schlageck
Worship Designer
Heather Schlageck plans and curates the worship service at Foothills. Through skits, scripture readings, and music she brings the scripture to life through her creativity. Heather has a background in Theater, and uses her skills to enhance the worship service at Foothills.
Lea McSherry
Children's Ministry Director
Lea McSherry is the director of all of the children’s ministries at Foothills. She loves to get kids involved with learning the Bible and getting to know Jesus. Through her curated curriculum, she does just that. She is wife to Tom McSherry.
Arlinda Endler
Prayer Ministry Leader
Arlinda Endler is the leader of the prayer ministry at Foothills.
