I am resolved….
“Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; and in Your book were written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them…”
God Has a plan for our lives that does not change even though our lives may take a turn from time to time we never expected. We can take it to heart today.
The New Year is a time when we generally review the past and we then embrace a fresh start. In this process, it may carry with it some pain over the losses we have experienced but also hopefulness for what is to come in the next year.
We can be confident in the fact no matter what our days ahead may bring, God’s love for us, His sovereignty in our lives, his purposes for our lives remain His number one priority. This will never change, as God never changes.
The same God who breathed life into you and I and formed us in our mother’s womb, loves us so much He plans for our future. He will be actively involved in everything that concerns us in this next year.
God promises us in Jeremiah 29:13:
“You will seek Me and find me when you search for Me with All your heart.”
God promises when we seek Him with all of our hearts we will discover His awesome will for our lives. We can trust God with our lives in this next New Year.
The course God has laid out for each of us in this New Year will never harm us but instead will edify us, establish us and will encourage us. As we get ready to welcome this New Year, individually and as a church family let’s resolve to be focused on Him and trust Him in our path’s ahead in 2023.
Join us this Sabbath for am 11 a.m. Service where we reflect on the past year and celebrate God’s plan for a wonderful 2023!
Love and Happy New Year!
